founded to address the financial and educational gaps that hold underserved communities back. Through free tax preparation, financial literacy workshops, holistic wrap-around support through Sunday Solutions, and year-round education programs, we equip individuals and families with the tools they need to achieve lasting economic stability.
We serve the DC, Maryland, and Virginia region and have expanded our reach to Georgia and beyond. Our work is rooted in a simple belief: when people have access to quality education and financial tools, they can build a better future for themselves and their families.

Meet Our Team
Clarice Williams, EA, MBA
Founder & CEO
Clarice Williams is an Enrolled Agent and MBA who founded WEBS Training Center to bring high-quality financial education and tax services to communities that need them most. With years of experience in tax preparation, IRS representation, and nonprofit leadership, she leads the organization’s programs, strategy, and growth.
Carol Carruthers is the Chief Operating Officer of WEBS Training Center, Inc., where she oversees the implementation and management of the organization’s programs and initiatives. With a strong background in nonprofit management and a passion for community empowerment, Carol ensures that WEBS Training Center effectively serves underserved communities through education, financial literacy, job training, and holistic wellness programs.

Leonardo Rodriguez is an Administrative Assistant and Spanish translator for our VITA program. The Administrative Assistant and Spanish Translator play a vital role in removing language barriers and ensuring smooth, efficient operations at our tax site. The position requires a blend of excellent customer service, organizational skills, and fluency in both English and Spanish to assist Spanish-speaking clients throughout the tax preparation process.

Kayla English is the Administrative Assistant of the VITA program. She supports free tax preparation sites by managing client appointments, processing intake paperwork, and conducting data entry. Responsibilities include providing customer service to low-income taxpayers, elderly individuals, and those with limited English proficiency.
Key duties also involve assisting with volunteer coordination, maintaining strict confidentiality, and ensuring accurate document filing.

ZaCorra Bronson leads the Salsa Sprouts program at WEBS Training Center, Inc., promoting gardening, nutrition, and mental health education for youth ages 12 to 18. With her expertise in environmental stewardship and community engagement, ZaCorra develops and implements innovative workshops that teach the importance of sustainable living, healthy eating habits, and mental well-being through the Mental Health First Aid program.
