Culinary Education Meets Community

Cookie Kitchen is a hands-on education program that teaches youth and families about cooking, food science, nutrition, and financial literacy through the art of baking. It is an extension of our Salsa Sprouts program, launched in Douglasville, Georgia in 2025 in partnership with Chef Troy and the First Presbyterian Church of Douglasville.

Cookie Kitchen Mysteries - The
Game

Cookie Kitchen Mysteries is a story-driven financial literacy simulation game developed by WEBS Training Center. Players run a bakery while dealing with real challenges: IRS notices, cash flow problems, missing employees, and tough business decisions. Every choice teaches a real financial skill. The game is designed for youth ages 13 and up, adults, schools, and community organizations who want to learn financial literacy in an engaging, interactive way.

Game Status

Cookie Kitchen Mysteries is currently in development. WEBS Training Center is seeking $50,000 in grant funding to build the first playable prototype.
